No. We were (are) running it on OSX.
What I'm not sure (and any of the higher-ups here could chime in?) would be that if you made a backup of your database file, you should (I think?) be able to analyze that file with any of the MMRX clients.
IIRC, you can't run "analyze" on the *live* database -- you have to do it from a non-running or backup copy. Maybe that's it?
